Update / Upgrade via command-line

Hello. Does anybody know the procedure to update / upgrade Plesk via the command line without using the "Updater" icon in Plesk? Also, is there a way to run a "dry run" of the upgrade, so that it lists out what updates will be applied and what actions will be taken, but without actaully doing anything?
