Update Zend engine - can i just run the zend setup

Hi All,

We are running plesk for windows 8.2 - which has Zend Engine v1.3.0.

We will be running a new web application on this server, which requires Zend v3.0.0 minimum

Can i simply run the setup foir v3.3.3 that i have from Zend?
