Updated 10.3 and crashed

Wrongly updated without reading it is preview... and now when i try to reach panel it gives

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

But httpd and mysql is working..

i try to refix with configurator utility but gives no error and no fix...

what is your suggestion for fixing this.

Any error logs, errors from Event Viewer, etc?

Please submit the complete problem report here - including OS, 32/64 bit, previous Plesk version, URL you try to reach, current Plesk build number (can be found in Server Info). We'll see what can be done.
