I updated Plesk 8.2 to Plesk 9.5.4 and everything crashed. All my websites went down and I couldn't get into Plesk. Godaddy brought my websites back up but I still cannot get into Plesk. Godaddy says they cannot help me get into Plesk that I have to fix that myself. They sent me some instructions on how to repair Plesk but in the instructions it says to use the bootstrapper file. I do not have the bootstrapper file in Plesk 8.2 to repair it with. Below is the message that I get when I go to Plesk:
