updated plesk to 10.2.0 now updates link does not work

Hi All

I have just updated plesk to 10.2.0, then tried to go back into the updates section (Tools & Utilities -> Panel -> Updates) and now updates page does not work.. I get 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'..

Any ideas?

Make sure that you have not firewalled port 8447 - http://kb.odin.com/en/9283

i have the same problem since update to 10.2.

Before all worked and no problem with firewall.

As you can see port 8447 was added for autoinstaller operation since 10.x version.

yes i know and it was work for upgrade 10.1 to 10.2
