I am trying to update to Plesk 8.2 from 8.1.0 but when I run the updater it just spits back "No Available updates"
I have confirmed that my license entitles me to the update. Can anyone shed some light on this. There are no firewall rules or filtering of outbound traffic so I don't understand what could be causing this. Any help would be appreciated
 
We don't allow major updates like 8.1 -> 8.2 via Autoupdater.
You should download 8.2 and install it over 8.1 manually.
