Updates and Upgrades page cannot be opened: it just loads continuously.

Hello,

When I go to Tools & Settings and underneath Plesk I click on Updates and Upgrades a new page will open.
After 1 minute the url will change to https://website.com:8447/?secret=&locale=en-US and I get a Timeout...

I looked on this page: https://kb.plesk.com/en/9283 and tried the netstat -anp | grep :8447 code:

# netstat -anp | grep :8447
tcp6 0 0 :::8447 :::* LISTEN 377/parallels_insta

So I think it's listed or something. How to fix this error? I really want to update some packages....

Server specs:
Version: Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_CentOS 7
OS: CentOS Linux 7.1.1503 (Core)

Are you sure that port 8447 is not firewalled?

@IgorG How to check this?

It works when I try to use my server ip:8443 and than press on Updates and Upgrades
Don't understand why it won't work with just my website:8443
