Resolved Updates and Upgrades Page Keeps Timing Out

Raghav Bhalla

New Pleskian
The Updates and Upgrades page is not accessible: it loads continuously

I'm facing the exact same issue. My updates and upgrades page has been inaccessible since quite a while now. I thought updating Plesk once would solve it but even after having the latest version of everything the problem persists. The only time I remember it working was when my install was fresh (about 2 weeks ago).

I tried following the solution in the aforementioned link. [ using "ps auxxf | grep install" and then killing active tasks] The problem is that for me these two specific tasks keep popping up no matter how many times I use the kill command to kill them. Once these commands are killed, I open the updates and upgrades page and they instantly pop back up, the updates page remains inaccessible meanwhile.

Any help would be appreciated. I started using plesk and google cloud just 2 weeks ago so very new to all of this, was using shared servers and cpanel before.

Thanks

So it was due to cloudflare being enabled. Disabled cloudflare on the primary domain and the updates screen started working instantly.
