Issue Updates are not all installed via Plesk auto System Updates

Regular Pleskian
Hi,
i have noticed twice that sometimes the Updates from Linux will not be installed via Plesk Update.
How can that be?
Plesk Shows "everything is updated":

But if i run get update manually (same time, double checked):

Why is that so?

System:

Linux ‪Debian 8.11‬
Produkt Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Update #47
