Updates button redirects to https://lin.ourdomain.be:8443/admin/update/product/ rende

When I click Updates, a new page opens using url https://lin.#ourdomain#.be:8443/admin/update/product/ but IE cannot display it.

Any ideas?

I checked the article mentioned beneath the updates button but it is titled Change Your Password and Contact information. so not very helpfull

Fixed:

Found that when Port 80 for outbound connections is closed the page does not display
