An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.323601 AiComponent.cpp, line 335.

Any idea why it doesn't work?

Linux: CentOS 6.4 x86_64

Please try removing ADDITIONAL_SOURCE lines from /root/.autoinstallerrc configuration file and retry launching Parallels Installer.

FYI: Instead of using ADDITIONAL_SOURCE one should have properly configured yum repositories (at least since Plesk 11.5).
 
May I ask what drove you (or somebody else) to add additional sources via .autoinstallerrc?

I have the exact same problem here, I also have a server (centos 6.4 x86_64 installed by ovh), and here is the content of my /root/.autoinstallerrc

Finally I managed to upgrade to 11.5 by doing a yum update before the upgrade of plesk, but I never had to do this on my others plesk installations...

I'm currently running into a huge problem upgrading a plesk 9.5.3 to 11.5 on a 64 bits Centos 5 OS. We have a different php-version and when upgrading I receive the following error:

On older psa versions I could add the "ADDITIONAL_SOURCE="repodata,100,http://<domain>/centos5.9-x86_64/RPMS.art/,none,none" to the .autoinstallerrc, but this does no longer work with the latest installer. It results in a "An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.323601 AiComponent.cpp, line 335.".

In the documenation I found an option that I could add the line USE_YUM=yes in the .autoinstallerrc and although it does not give an error I still receive the "conflicts from file". So the upgrader does not seem to "accept" my custom newer php-version.

Right now my panel is broken and I cannot upgrade. Please tell me if there are any other options upgrading the panel a different php-version. How can I tell the autoinstaller to use the updated repository?

Don't use USE_YUM! Installer is smart enough to figure out proper mode on its own.

You're aware that 9.5.3 (how are you not on 9.5.4 at least?!) doesn't support such setup, aren't you? See my quote above for potential solution. The safest way, however, it to just downgrade to original version before proceeding with upgrade.
