upgrade 7.0.2 -> 7.5.1 questions

I'm considering taking the risk of upgrading from 7.0.2 to 7.5.1, though I am really leary about it. Has anyone made this upgrade in the past, and are there any caveats I should be worried about?

One of my main concerns is permissions and ownership. Will this upgrade change the ownership or permissions of any of my vhosts/ files/directories?

The other big concern I have, is that since installing 7.0.2, I have upraded some of the default RPMs (namely php and mysql) -- should I expect any problems here? (if plesk does not see the versions it expects,is it going do the upgrade?)

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
