• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

We performed an upgrade using the Autoinstaller (commandline) this am, and are encountering a couple issues:

1. Warning: main(db/mysql.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/domainname......

2.
Warning: main(): Failed opening 'db/mysql.php' for inclusion (include_path='\') in /home/httpd/vhosts/.......

In the error logs (apache, we get this error

File does not exist: /home/httpd/vhosts

We made an image of the server so we are not offline, just curious as not all our php sites are down - just some.

Any recommendations on where to look to do this fix - I'd prefer to fix than to have to redo or do a 2 step patch from 7.5.4 to 8 and then to 8.1 but if needed I wiil

Thank you.

Just a quick update

the autoinstaller script renamed my existing php.ini to php.ini.rpmsave and created a new / incomplete file.
