• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Upgrade 9.2.3 To 9.5.4

PLESK, 9.2.3 , Centos 5.2, Unix

Hello,

My server has been running Plesk 9.2.3 for a year, and I tried a few days ago to upgrade from version 9.2.3 to version 9.5.4.
I used the classic upgrade link in Plesk. The update seems to complete correctly, I received mails telling me that everything was ok.

However, when I connect to Plesk, I still see version 9.2.3 on the homepage.
When I go to the "upgrade" part (which is different from the one I saw before the update), Plesk only offers me to upgrade to version 10.4.4.

It seems that Plesk is aware of two instance on the server, but is not able to pick up the right one.
When I type #rpm -q psa I get:

psa-9.2.3-cos5.build92091016.19
psa-9.5.4-cos5.build95101209.05

Thank you for your help.
