Upgrade 9.3 > 11 Failed installing Upgrade Assitant

Hi

I have a server 2008 running Plesk 9.3 that I am trying to insatall 11 (primaraly to upgrade mail enable). It failed the first install and then when i run it it again, I fails trying to install the upgrade assistant. Right after downloading a load of files.

It shows Plesk 11 in add/remove programs, but it also shows 9 and there is no way to access 11 as far as i can see.
