upgrade 9.5.3 --> 10.x return libspf2.so.2 dependency error

autoinstall returns the following when upgrading to any 10.x version from 9.5.3:

ERROR: Unable to install the "psa-mail-driver-common-10.12.0-cos5.build1012110629.18.x86_64" package.

The following could cause the installation failure:
psa-mail-driver-common-10.12.0-cos5.build1012110629.18.x86_64: No suitable solutions were found
for the "libspf2.so.2()(64bit)" dependency.

any advise?

Try to remove with --nodeps option psa-spf2 package before upgrade.

we gave up, was an emergency (production), we decided to install a new plesk node and migrate domains to it.
