Upgrade and My sql

Hello
I upgrade plesk from 8.0.1 to 8.1 yesterday.
but I see Too Many Connecttion to most site.
Server load was under 1 yesterday but today is over 1 .

i see this error on some page:
WordPress database error: [Can't open file: 'wdlp_useronline.MYI' (errno: 145)]

check for right permissions of the .MYD files and the /var/lib/DBDIR

the .MYD files should be owned by mysql:mysql and have the permissions 660
