Hi

For PCI compliance and security reasons, I need to upgrade Apache 2.2.3 to 2.2.22
currently I have:

httpd -v
Server version: Apache/2.2.3
Server built: Oct 27 2011 11:52:11

but can't find the new version on yum:
yum info httpd
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
Installed Packages
Name : httpd
Arch : i386
Version : 2.2.3
Release : 60.el5
Size : 3.2 M
Repo : installed
Summary : Apache HTTP Server
URL : http://httpd.apache.org/
License : Apache Software License
Description: The Apache HTTP Server is a powerful, efficient, and extensible
: web server.

Available Packages
Name : httpd
Arch : i386
Version : 2.2.3
Release : 63.el5_8.1
Size : 1.2 M
Repo : rhel-i386-server-5
Summary : Apache HTTP Server

I tried with Red Hat and Atomic yum channels but I always get the same 2.2.3 version

How can I upgrade to the lastest version of apache?

using RHEL 5 and Plesk 10.4.4
Linux 2.6.18-194.32.1.el5 #1 SMP Mon Dec 20 10:52:40 EST 2010 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Thanks

Hi,

While upgrading this, there are lots of warning messages related to file conflicts. Is the installation using 'rpm' may break up the Plesk panel ?
