Did you upgrade client MySql before Plesk upgrade?

No i didnt.
Just one time changed C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\Databases\MySQL\Data\my.ini parameter default-storage-engine=innodb for webmails to work.

This is my last event log;


Can i just reinstall (an easy way?) plesk? or mysql? Can i do that without losing data?

Please do not reinstall Plesk. You lose all subscription (they will be not available via Panel).
Also one question: on which version did you correct my.ini (I can't reproduce your issue)?

Hi,

Having the same issue as original poster. Plesk upgrade removed MySQL from the server. 10.4 to 11.5 on Windows 2008. Can not reinstall MySQL from ai.exe (doesn't appear to be an option).
