Upgrade from 7.5.4 to 8 ?

I'm currently using Plesk 7.5.4 under CentOS 3.3

In the Plesk updater function I see three releases:

Plesk 7.5.4
Plesk 8.0.0
Plesk 8.0.1

First question: should I upgrade?

Second question: should I upgrade directly to 8.0.1 or should I first upgrade to 7.5.4, then 8.0.0 and finally 8.0.1 ?
