7.6.1 to 8.1 Upgrade Problems
Hi Everyone
I tried upgrading from Plesk 7.6.1 to Plesk 8.1.1 and found few errors, the installation then rolled back and now the plesk 7.6.1 is even not accessible.
The errors that I got at the time of installation are as under

Error 1923. Service 'Sitebuilder for Windows Hosting Service' ( SBPreviewHost) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.
Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for the install to complete could
not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Then after the rollback , I restarted plesk service and other services and even tried rebooting, but now I am getting the following at the Login Page

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown: Failed opening 'auth.php3' for inclusion (include_path='C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib') in Unknown on line 0

Plesk repair also did not work to fix the login page error..
Any idea how to fix it ? or how to upgrade to 8.1.1 ?
