hi,
how can i upgrade Microsoft SQL Server 8.00.194 to MsSqlServer 2005?
 
You should
1. download MSSQL 2005 distribution
2. run MSSQL 2005 installation
3. select "Upgrade existing instance" instead "Install new instance"
