Upgrade Path from Plesk 7.5.4 on Redhat 9 to Plesk 8.2 on Centos 5

I have a server I'm trying to upgrade from Plesk 7.5.4 on Redhat 9 to Plesk 8.2 on Centos 5. I have an extra server so I don't have to do an in-place upgrade. Any ideas on what I'll have to do to get this done?

Use the migration manager on the new server. This transfers all domains or the ones you select and transfers all domain settings, mail, databases etc. Works very well.
