Upgrade Problems

I am a newbie at this and decided to upgrade from Plesk 8.3.0 to 9.2.0 and I have this message now when I log in

#!/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/php The file loger.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

I had PHP 5.1.6 installed on the server beforehand don't know if this will make adifference. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
