Upgrade to 10.4.4 DNS broke

Hi All,

Really new to Parallels as I've taken over from someone else an upgrade was done on the panel last night to 10.4.4 from 10.3 now we're getting no DNS available.

If I go to the panel I see the following:

BIND DNS Server (not installed)
Microsoft DNS Server (not installed)
(not configured)
DNS service is switched off

I've looked at the ISC Bind service isn't running and when I try to start it I get an error

"Windows could not start the ISC Bind service on Local Computer.
Error 14001: The application has fialed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect."

Can anyone help? This is really urgent

Thanks in advance
