• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

My server runs on Windows 2003 server with Plesk 8.1.1. I would like to install Service Pack 2 and also upgrade to Plesk 8.2.1. I didn't wanted to do it yet since I saw in this forum the problems I could have after doing all this. Could anyone give his opinion? or maybe a solution? Why each time there is an upgrade is so unstable? So many users complaining about all the new errors that appears after installing the last upgrade of Plesk, I can understand that may be some errors, but not so many, does SWSoft tests the upgrade before they release it?

Thanks!

Hi,

I am definitely sure that Plesk team tests product before release!!!
I can say that 8.2.1 is more stable then 8.2.0, so upgrade to it should be more safe.
I have performed several upgrades to 8.2.1, they run absolutely fine.

Plesk 8.2.1...where??

Thank you for your reply!

But, where can I download Plesk 8.2.1?
If you go to http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/plesk/ you can see Plesk 8.2.1 070919, but when asking to download it it shows you Plesk 8.2.0 for Windows 070705.17.

Thanks!
