Since upgrading to 8.3 I have been experiencing the following:
1) Reports from users that their Webmail address books have vanished.
2) Frontpage form failures server-wide. Paid for per incident support over a month ago. Still not resolved!
3) Today for no apparent reason my Mailenable Mail Transfer Agent decided to stop. I had to manually restart it.
4) Tried to log in to my control panel today and received mega errors...(wish I got a screen print of the error messages) I rebooted the server and was able to log in.
To SWSOFT - Everything was working fine before the upgrade. I am very disappointed. If I thought there was a better product out there I would be gone already. I do NOT mind PAYING for support but I DESPISE paying for support when an upgrade causes the problems.
To other Plesk users - Anyone experiencing any of these issues?
