Upgrade Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS and Plesk 11.5

I have Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS with Plesk 11.5
I need to upgrade server to 14.04 LTS.

It's possible ?
There may be problems with Plesk 11.5 ?

When I upgrade from ubuntu server 12.04 to 14.04, php is upgraded from 5.3 to 5.5.
It's a problem for plesk?
