Resolved Upgrade Ubuntu 16 to 18

I get the following as I assume Plesk only holds onto a limited number of releases.

W: The repository 'http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_18.0.34 bionic Release' does not have a Release file
E: Failed to fetch http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_18.0.34/dists/bionic/all/binary-amd64/Packages

Is there a work around?
