Issue apt cache fetch failed / Package update manager notification

I have an error every day with automatic updates, I receive notifications every morning with error message like this:

gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys E9299045CE550E57
apt-get clean

I already tried it, and here's the result: gpg: keyserver receive failed: No data

Thank you for the update. Please execute:

grep APT::Key /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/*

and double-check if you see dsa1024 listed. If not, please kindly try applying the workaround from this article:

Thank you for the confirmation. Does the update actually fail or you only get warnings? At this point, the warnings could be accepted as normal and ignored, but if there is an actual failure, there is an issue.
