• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue upgrading to obsidian - websites not accessible

Xavier

New Pleskian
Hi,
I have a big problem after updating plesk to obsidian. All websites on the server are not accessible anymore.
It says: "Server error 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

It looks like that wordpress has a problem, but I am not sure about this.

Please help.

Thanks a lot!

Xavier

@Xavier, there isn't much information to go on...

Have you encountered any errors while updating?

Are there any errors in the logs?

Is Apache running?

Also, please tell us your OS version...

@Joaquim, this is the linux section of the forum, issues on Xavier's server will most likely be completely different then on yours...

Have you tried to restart your server completely after upgrade? Maybe some service isn't running properly. I've seen few people reporting errors but once server is restarted Obsidian and all websites/subscription start to working properly.
