So I have received a word-press backup file from a friend who wants to change of dev because he had some problems with the actual one.
So he asks him to get a backup file before telling him in case the dev deletes everything because he will be mad.
(I never used Plesk and word-press before but I have the basics in HTML/CSS/JS and Node/Express !)
Now my friend just send me a backup file (I thought it will be a word-press normal file with wp-admin/wp-content/wp-includes (that's what I found when I search for normal directory structure in a WordPress project)) and it looks so strange :
(I change the Id (to 123456789) and the name of the website because I don't know if it's private or not)
the file is named : backup_secret.com_123456789.zip and this is what is inside (i did a dir) :
It doesn't look at all like a backup from WordPress I think so I search in the file and I find the Plesk name all over so I figure out it was a Plesk-generated backup (I think it is but I'm not sure).
So I find a docker image of Plesk and I install Plesk in a Container to try using the option of uploading the backup in Home > Tools & Settings > Backup Manager
But when I tried Upload backup files without a valid signature (because I don't know what it is and how it works) it shows the following message :
But I have in the zip file a backup_info_123456879.xml and I also tried to upload the extract (no zip) file and it fails also ...
I have no idea what to do please help me!
