Upload / Download Skins?

I miss the feature to upload download Skins which was available in Plesk8/9. I wanna download a skin customize it and reupload it again where can i do this in Plesk10?
 
There are no available skins except default skin yet. It will be available later.
 
Ok there are no skins yet, but the possibillity to upload own skins is missing too?? will it be possible to upload own skins in future or only other parallels skins?
