Upload Error

After creating a web site I am unable to upload. The error is "Cannot receive authorization to work with the host."
How do I correct? Can't find list of errors in documentation??

Looks like that your ftp password or login is incorrect.

I have the same issue. In /var/log/secure I see:
Jun 23 11:57:03 panel proftpd[12593]: panel.zzznit.net (11.22.33.44[11.22.33.44]) - USER aha: Login successful.
Jun 23 11:57:03 panel proftpd[12593]: panel.zzzit.net (11.22.33.44[11.22.33.44]) - FTP session closed.

So it successfully connects to localhost, but gives up with the same error.
Could it be a MOTD issue I wonder..
