Upload Progress PECL for PHP 8.4.x can't be installed due to a missing dependency issue....

Also, IonCube PECL for PHP 8.3.x, can this be updated to v14.0.2 or later, as I'm using WHMCS 8.13 Beta and that requires IonCube v14.0.2 or later when using PHP 8.3.x (WHMCS is not yet compatible with PHP 8.4.x).
