Urgent! Folder owners of Plesk messed up

Hi I have a huge problem,

due to some super-stupid change my folder owners and groups for PLESK /usr/local/psa/ are messed up. I tried to compare it with another server but no luck, Plesk just wont let me access anymore, the server is running fine but plesk is not working anymore.
Please help! I am dying here. Any chance to fix this somehow

Appreciate any help,

Does it keep the domains and everything if I reinstall plesk?
