We bought plesk 11.0 licence key (PLSK.02213702.0000). It expired at 24 Fed 2013. When we try to update it by clicking on Get Keys, Plesk reports us: The updated key is not valid. Update key status: "This license key is detected as terminated. No further actions with this license key are allowed". How can we resolve this problem? Our hosting doesn't work. It starts today. Plesk reported that key should be updated cause it expires soon. After updating we don't have a key.
