URGENT - server is down

Upon reboot through the console the server did not restart. On looking at the boot sequence I see the following error

hda: ST3120022A, ATA DISK drive
hda: IRQ probe failed (0xfffffcfe)
hdb: IRQ probe failed (0xfffffcfe)
hdb: IRQ probe failed (0xfffffcfe)
ide0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7,0x3f6 on irq 14


Any suggestions?

Sounds like you have a hardware problem.
