User missing contacts in Horde (turba)

One of my users is since the upgrade to 7.5.3 missing her contact list in horde.

The contacts are still in the DB but they simply don't show.

I have another user which misses his calendar stuff also, not sure yet if they are related.

Any help would be appreciated.
