• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Userrights and problems with PHP at Windows Server

Michaelga

New Pleskian
Hi,

here is an other problem I got with my Server (Windows 2012) and Plesk.
I create a new customer and copy (with an cloning software) the existing
Joomla 2.5.11- instance to the new server. I change from Linux to Windows.
But everytime (and I try it very often) I got "internal error 500".

In Joomla-Forum or XCloner-Support. I got the information, that it could be a
problem with userrights. But I activate in my Serviceplan "Additional write/modify permissions "

I don´t no what´s going wrong here. The different Systems (origin Linux with php 5.5.1) and
the new one (Windows 2012, php 5.4.x) should not be the problem...

Greetings from Germany

Michael

Sorry, but migration from Linux to Plesk for Windows is not officially supported. You can do it on your own risk.
