Users can't access site because of Domain misconfiguration

So pretty much I've added my domain to plesk using "www" infront of it. The problem now is that everytime a user tries to access my site without WWW it gives out an error. I have an .htaccess file in my domain which redirects all users from without WWW to WWW. So I am not sure why it won't let users access the site and automatically change non www to www. I am sure this is because of plesk, any help would be appreciated.

You shouldn't add any special .htaccess files for www prefix redirections. By default when you create any domain in Plesk 10 www prefix will work for domain automatically.
