Issue user's not grant in mysql on plesk Onyx with debian 8

Hello,
I just installed on a new server the Linux distribution Plesk 12.5 (Debian 8 "Jessie") (64bits) at (OVH) configuration of the subscriptions, packs is ok but as soon as I made the creation of a client (full) he can not have access to mysql via phpmyadmin, i look at his rights via putty and i have this:
error 1141 (42000): Ther is no such grant defined for user "xxx" on host "localhost"

While on the previous version of plesk (debian 7) no problem!
