how to prevent the modification of the user's password in http://my-website.com:8443/smb/my-profile ?

Please, is there a solution to delete the textboxes old and new password in http:// .......... :8443/smb/my-profile ?
I don't found this page in *.tpl or *.phtml files

well, as clearly this was not possible in 10.3 ... do it's for version 10.4.4?
