Issue Users use Wordpress Updraft FTP --> Traffic is not counting

Hello All,
some of our User use the Wordpress Backup Plugin Updraft.
They use it to Backup they Site to an external FTP Server.
This Traffic is not Counting in Plesk.
How can we solve this Issue?

afaik the Plesk statistics utility use only for the calculation

• FTP logs for authorized users /usr/local/psa/var/log/xferlog
• FTP logs for anonymous users /var/www/vhosts/system/<domain_name>/statistics/logs/xferlog
