Question using cloudflare with plesk

hi there ,
i have a vps windows server 2016 with plesk on it
and my domain http://protection-tips.de belong to it .
i change the dns from the domain settings here is a foto

and every thing in cloudflare is ok here some fotos

the support said that i must to create tow subdomains for example
ns1.protection-tips.de
ns2.protection-tips.de
but if i checked the dns over

i see that the domain still using the strato's dns
ns4.stratoserver.net

and i did that , but what should i do next ?
is there any good tutorial for what i want ?

You changed this where you have your domain registered? It would need to be set there.
