Hi,
I am currently the person who looks after our non-profit organ. website. I set up the e-mail so that our members can e-mail us, but I am having some issues.
We would like to do the following, but I see no directions, on how to do it.
1. We would like to mail a group of people (executive) information on a regular basis, without having to click on their e-mail address each time.
2. We would like to send out to our members a group e-mail (newsletters) without all of their addresses showing.
Does anyone know how I go about doing this. I can access the webmail account and see what messages have been received and send out of the webmail account with no problems.
I have asked our webhosting server to be of some assistance, but they don't use plesk, they just use it for those who want to host websites using their server. Not quite sure. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, we need to get these e-mails working asap.
