Using Wordpress Password Protection in a page I design

Hi

When I sign into the Plesk dashboard and click on ‘Wordpress’ I get a page that includes the option to select ‘Password Protection’. I would like to have a Welcome Page as the first page my users encounter and I would like to incorporate this Wordpress Password protection in that page. Is there a straight forward way to do this or must I use a third party plugin to accomplish this?

I would go with a Wordpress plugin to achieve that. For example the Password Protected or PPWP plugins. The Plesk Wordpress toolkit does not support (easy) customization for ‘Password Protection’.
