This morning I hit an issue that the /usr/local/psa didn't exist any more.
I first noticed it when I tried to update one of the apache config files and run:
`$ /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all`
Eventually it turns out that an automatic update of Plesk failed this morning at a stage when all the /usr/local/psa directories and also /etc/init.d/psa directories had been removed.
Initially I had no idea what was wrong (and google searches for '/usr/local/psa missing' bring up nothing), but thanks to this post: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=101183 it at least points to the failed upgrade.
Its annoying that you get no email notification of the upgrade failing.
