/var/log/messages

Has Anyone noticed that Plesk 8 appears to not be loggingn anything into the /var/log/messages file?


I noticed this when my BFD (Brute Force Detector) wasn't showing any of the incursion attempts I knew were occuring.

Does anyone know where the failed login attemps are being logged now?

Try /var/log/secure
That's where mine logs invalid logins (valid ones too)

I have no /var/log/secure
