Version 11.5.30 release level

Hello I want to know if the 11.05.30 version is recomended for
General release o Late adopter release
I have a server with a lot of domains and I´m planning to upgrade

I read the post, thaks for your answer. I understand that a Server in use, is recomended had Late adopter release.
